Handpicked this week - March 12

Welcome to my Handpicked by Milk and Honey Group newsletter. For new subscribers, in this weekly newsletter, I share my top picks for the week - trends or particularly noteworthy design. Each week I share an interior, a real estate listing, and a style item that I think is special. I hope you'll let me know what you think!

1] Handpicked: INTERIOR

With spring upon us, I am itching to open the windows and air out the stuffy winter doldrums. So of course my mind is on indoor/outdoor flow and maximizing that for my clients. A designer in San Juan Capistrano, CA who has caught my eye recently is Nicole Green Design House. My favorite way to describe her style? BREEZY.

So refreshing and a lovely blend of contemporary and farmhouse notes. What do you think?

2) Handpicked: REAL ESTATE

At first glance, you might be hard-pressed to understand why I wanted you to give this Concord home a look (raised ranches are just so wrong). However, it is within walking distance to the center of town, offers a LOT of square space for the price and has a charming painting and writing cabin constructed in 1889 by Ralph Waldo Emerson's son, Edward! It is really asking for a serious face lift, but at this price, it's doable (the strange pool situation is also sparking my curiosity).

There's an Open House today for those of you in the market...

3) Handpicked: STYLE

I am obsessed with the jewelry collection We Dream in Colour. A local Massachusetts business, it is also black-owned by two sisters. And if you follow my Instagram (and check my stories) you know I love statement jewelry paired with tailored black or white clothing.

Aren't they all gorgeous? Like wearing art as an accessory. And the bold colors are perfect for spring and summer.

That's all from our team this week - can't wait until next week!
