Handpicked this week - March 19

Welcome to my Handpicked by Milk and Honey Group newsletter. For new subscribers, in this weekly newsletter I share my top picks for the week - trends or particularly noteworthy design. Each week I share an interior, a real estate listing, and a style item that I think is special. I hope you'll let me know what you think!

1] Handpicked: INTERIOR

You all know that I love the high contrast of light and shadow, particularly black and white. I love the style of Light and Dwell, an Oregon-based interior design firm heavily influenced by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Their entire design ethos is a nod to European culture and their aesthetic is highly influenced by that same elevated ease and warm refinement.

What do you think? Do you see the west-coast influence in their work? I'm loving that dark room in particular

2) Handpicked: REAL ESTATE

I am obsessed with this sweet house in Cambridge. "Cameron Inn" - untouched for decades - is like a Joanna Gaines farmhouse smack dab in the middle of the city. It has tons of space to expand (both the basement and the third floor), and a huge backyard. And it's right near parks and the amazing bike path!

3) Handpicked: STYLE

Because we are wrapping up our 1710 home in Bedford, I wanted to share one of my favorite resources for British hardware. This client loves all the patina of unlacquered brass, so Yester Home is a key resource (we also used it extensively in our Chase Street project). This is my go-to resource for a timeless collection of hardware that includes kitchen hardware, shelf brackets, and hooks.

We particularly love their brass rails for hanging all those essential kitchen items. Which pieces are YOUR favorites?
That's all from our team this week - can't wait until next week!
