1] Handpicked: INTERIOR
I have several clients recently who have remarked on Mindy Gayer and her design aesthetic. A classic California designer, Mindy combines traditional interior design with a fresh and decidedly California-inspired aesthetic. Crown molding and classic lighting and furniture shapes are balanced with light oak, a contemporary neutral palette and the bold light vs dark contrast.
2) Handpicked: REAL ESTATE
This Brookline beauty is one to see (and it just had a price reduction)! The real estate market is such a hot mess right now. Mortgage rates continue to climb and yet demand does not seem to be subsiding, so when I see a gorgeous historic property like this (in a stellar location), my head just spins.
3) Handpicked: STYLE
I am completely obsessed with the shoe brand Alohas. Made in Spain, which I think is the ONLY country that truly innovates when it comes to shoes, I love their mash up of innovative and classic style. I am particularly obsessed with their sandals (Birkenstocks reinvented!), which happen to be on sale right now. And with the temps running 96+ this week in Massachusetts, might as well keep on purchasing warm weather essentials!
